• All Freight Shipping includes Complimentary Lift-gate Service ($75+ Value)!
• All Shipping Assumes a Curb-Side/Street drop at a Commercial Address. If Residential, or Limited Access (Clubs, Churches, Schools, Military Bases, etc.), delivery is required we must be notified prior to shipping and will incur a surcharge to the shipping charges.
• Merchandise MUST BE inspected prior to the freight carrier leaving the premises. All Damages MUST BE noted in writing on the BOL, and pictures MUST BE taken at the same time! We MUST BE sent a copy of the signed BOL, sent a copy of all pictures of damage, and notified of any damage immediately (within 24 Hours). 
• 20% Restocking Fee + All Shipping Costs will be deducted from Refund on all accepted Non-Damaged/Defect-Free Returns.
• All New Equipment sold is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty and will be provided upon request.
• All Used Equipment sold is provided a 30-Day Operability Warranty directly by New York Equipment Dealers, INC and applies to parts only – not labor.
